Once upon a time Carol and her husband Bob built a vacation home in Los Cabos. Then one fateful day, driving back to San Diego, they pulled off the road, looked at each other and asked "Why are we going North?" When neither could find an answer other than to retrieve the rest of the dogs, they made a permanent move and have never regretted it. Carol finds great pleasure in helping her clients buy and sell property, with many wonderful and long-lasting friendships to show for it. Originally from Illinois, Carol is a graduate of the University of Chicago.

Carlos Xolalpa heads our administrative area. He was born in Mexico City and raised in Los Cabos. He comes from a large family of hard working people that have been in the Los Cabos area for  generations.  After completing his administration degree in Guadalajara, he moved back to Cabo and start working in guests services for diferent companies.  Since joining Realty Executives, Carlos has become an important member of the team.   Carlos loves his parents and sisters, and his most important achievement is Diego ( 2 years old son) and his wife Mary.
